We didn’t start S+H Benefit Solutions because we wanted to be just another insurance agency. We started it because we were frustrated with how the system worked—or rather, didn’t work.

Too many brokers work for the carrier, not the client. They push plans that benefit their commissions rather than the people they’re supposed to help. We knew there had to be a better way.
With experience on both the provider side and the insurance side, we understand how to advocate for our clients from all angles. We've seen the barriers patients face in accessing care, and we've seen how carriers operate behind the scenes. That dual perspective allows us to navigate the system effectively—so our clients don’t have to.
