Our Story
Our journey began many years ago with Sarah Brienza, our founder and CEO, who started on the provider side of healthcare, working alongside doctors and nurse practitioners to deliver top-notch care to patients. With a deep understanding of drug coverage, prior authorizations, and the inner workings of the provider world, Sarah gained a unique perspective that continues to set our business apart.
After transitioning away from the provider side, she broadened her expertise while pursuing a psychology degree and diving into the world of medical records. When an exciting opportunity at a brokerage arose, Sarah made the leap into health insurance. It was there that she met Evelyn Beattie, a dedicated account manager who brought years of experience in managing major accounts for two leading brokers in the North Country. A proud native of Northern New York, Evelyn’s knowledge of the local market and unwavering commitment to client success made her a perfect fit for the team.
When the chance to create something new and impactful in the community arose, Sarah knew that Evelyn was the perfect fit. Together, they set out to build a company that would offer fresh, client-centered solutions for employee benefits – and so, our agency was born.
